Two Arizona chefs are competing against each other and six other cooks on Food Network’s “Massive Cafe Bet” to get a $250,000 investment decision from Geoffrey Zakarian.
In the new sequence, Zakarian, a Foodstuff Network star and restaurateur, is hunting to invest a quarter of a million bucks to help the upcoming culinary mounting star open their 1st cafe. Brett Vibber is a forager and co-chef with Jaren Bates at WILD Arizona Delicacies, a Phoenix-based enterprise that produces pop-up dinners and outdoor activities that showcase Indigenous foodways and spotlight Arizona’s local bounty.
Vibber posted on his Instagram on April 5: “Very good luck to all the chefs!!! Let us get #arizonacuisine recognized to all!!!”

Demetrius Baxter runs the catering organization Chef Demetrius LLC in Phoenix. Baxter is superior recognised by his musical artist and producer name Hosanna Bax. Baxter posted on his Hossana Bax Instagram: “UH-OH….he manufactured it to @foodnetwork too!!! Any person Check out TO Stop THIS Dude.”
In the premiere on April 5, the cooks confronted their initial challenge: create a uncomplicated, one-bite dish that ideal showcases who they are and what their cafe principle is.
